No, You can not!
You can instead use custom alert boxes (and there are already many available on internet), look for them...

Hi All,
I am getting 'sys' is undefined suddenly in one of the QA environemnt.
There are no code changes. it seems there is some environmental issue but not sure what is causing this issue.
I am saying there is no code issue as this code is working in other QA environment (present in other box)
a also checked the web.config it is same as in other environment too....
When checked with HTTP watch in the browser it seems that webresource.axd files are not getting downloaded
when it is trying to donwload the file server is giving 302 http error and redirecting to some error page
but for me page is redirecting properly with javascript error "sys is undefined"
Please let me know if any one has experienced the same issue
Thanks and Regards
Sandeep

Do you have ASP.NET CTP installed.
302 is returned when Request is temporarily removed from the server. I think in your case, the id associated with the ScriptResource.axd which downloads the specific file got whacked.
Can you paste the script src in the browser addressbar directly and check whether the file is downloaded properly or not...??

Yes...Thats great to hear that.
I have this error when I was using CTP version of Extensions. But I never found this when using in VS 2008.
Anyways..
Cheers.

And you are creating same for us too by not even putting the code in pre tags.
janat_Al_donia wrote: im using obout grid control and ineed to put detailed grid inside it
I would suggest you to to rather use the obout forum for this.

Check if e.Row.FindControl actually gets the GridView or not. In case of normal GridView we use e.Item.FindControl ...

You need to convert it to pdf and add as an attachment.
1.) There are many third party tools available in the market. Just try to search [^]for them. Some are also freeware.
2.) Add attchment to mail[^]

I am saving the customer details in one page after that i am taking the details in other page what he want. After that i am issuing the material to the customer by clicking save button, at that time only the mail had to be send to the customer with an attachment in the form of .pdf format.

This makes no sense. how can you attach something as PDF without converting it to PDF? The only way to achieve what you want is to send the attachment data to some form of PDF converter which creates a file. Then attach that file to the email before you send. If you want to do this all in your own code then you will need one of the PDF converter libraries that are available.

While I appreciate that English may not be your first language, writing in this textspeak form makes you appear less intelligent than you may actually be.
Try searching Google for "PDF Library".

Hi,
I am having two table which are related with primary and foreign key constraints. I want to delete records from both the tables using innerjoin.
I applied like this,
delete sports,studentregtable
from studentregtable as sr
INNER JOIN sports sp ON sr.registerNo = sp.RegisterNumber
where RegisterNumber = '123'
but it is giving an error like incorrect syntax near ",".
can you please help me if you know the solution.

Hello,
I currently have two dropdown lists in an edit item template and I have hard coded the values for the lists. The Item Template is a label that would read the value that was selected. That value would when be sent to a database.
When I hit edit, the dropdown lists appear, and I change the value. When I hit update, the Item Templates do not update with the selected values, and when I hit edit again, the values are back to the default, not what I selected. Can someone help me figure out how to fix this? The code is below, thanks for your time.
