tbl.Controls only contains the controls directly contained by the table, in other words TableRows. These contain Cells, which contain the Textboxes. So either you find an easier way, like adding the Textboxes to a List, to do this or
<code>foreach (TableRow tr in tbl.Rows)
foreach (TableCell tc in tr.Cells)
foreach (Control txt in tc.Controls)
if (txt is TextBox)
{
((TextBox)txt).Text = String.Empty;
}</code>

Hi
Created a small VB 6.0 ActiveX control Which has an event CallMe. This event is triggered when a button the control is clicked.
Public Event CallMe()
Public Property Let Text(value As String)
txtString.Text = value
End Property
Public Property Get Text() As String
Text = txtString.Text
End Property
Private Sub cmdFireEvent_Click()
RaiseEvent CallMe
End Sub
I have tested it with a VB 6 project and it worked.When i tried to use the control in a web page, events are not getting fired.
Sub myCtrl_CallMe()
MsgBox "yes"
End Sub
<object id="myCtrl"
classid="clsid:55F1D62E-0C61-4637-BA76-594B493A0341">

could someone please suggest to me a query i can run on the query analyzer to retrieve logical file name (physical file location) of a database?

Hi John,
To get file info, you can use system's "sp_helpfile" stored procedure. This will return full information of all the files used by current database.

What about you try to use them, and if that doesn't work assume they are disabled? Just a thought...

Hi all,
Can abybody please tell me answer for one question that is, do I need to use Forms Authentication for all Asp.Net applications that are running on Internet, or For only those applications that need high security.
And can I use the normal Windows authentication for the ASP.Net applications which doesnt need much security. I am little bit confused about it. Will the Windows authentication works if I put in an Asp.Net application which is running on the Internet. And is it right that, Windows authentication works only with the applications which are running on local intranet only.
Could you please give me some scenarios where I must(should) use Forms authentication. Thank you.

Hi,
By default Asp.Net applications uses Windows authentication
It is not necessary to use Forms Authentication for all Asp.Net applications
Forms Authentication is a system in which unauthenticated requests are redirected to a Web form where users are required to provide their credentials. Upon submitting the form, and being properly verified by your application, an authorization ticket is issued by your Web application in the form of a cookie. This authorization cookie contains the user's credentials or a key for reacquiring the user's identity (e.g. therefore making the identity persistent). In essence, Forms Authentication is a means for wrapping your Web application around your own login user interface and verification processes.
