It would help if you stated what exception it gives.

Well , its a null pointer exception actually so i think i messed up with the code or somethin.
Have a look at it.

1. Learn WP7 programming.
2. Write the code for your whiteboard application.
That's how it's done!

Yes, obviously you can develop an iOS app without using the MAC..... you can install the MAC os on ur normal pcs with the use of vmware workstation.... and the patch is also available on the net......so try it.......

I need the ability to evaluate tags within an html page that is loaded in the webbrowser control. The current control for .netCF does not have the document property so I'm attempting to find an alternative method of accessing the document.
I'm attempting to enable/disable/configure a scan engine based on tags embedded in the document.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks....

First you would have to decide which platform you want to develop for:
Android:
- Download the SDK here[^].
- You can start with The Android Developer Guide[^]. It's a long read, for Java based development, but I think the first couple of sections will be useful since they show you the android application architecture / life-cycle.
- If you're comfortable with C/C++ android supports native development using the NDK (write a JNI layer to have your native code work with the Java code). You can download the NDK here[^], search Google[^] for more on the NDK
- Hardware: The android SDK shouldn't require you to really buy any new hardware to develop on. It supports windows, linux and OSX, but I haven't tried on the Mac.
- You might want to get an android phone to test you apps on, it's useful but it shouldn't be necessary if you're just trying to learn or for fun.
iPhone:
- The best resource I've found is the apple developer site[^].
- Development is mostly done in Objective C[^].
- The IDE used is XCode which is a decent IDE, but coming from Visual studio took a bit of work to get used to.
- You would have to buy an apple machine with MacOSX to develop although OSX runs on the intel architecture and if you search enough and are spend some time on it, you can install MacOS on a virtual machine or even on your PC.
- Finally, having an iPod / iPhone / iPad will be useful for testing.
Windows Phone:
- Haven't really worked on it but a quick google search got me to this[^]
Hope this helps

I have DEL Laptop with Winodws7 operating systems. whether it is possible to develop application using Windows7? and I dont have iphone or ipad or iPod for testing.. There is possible to get any simulator for testing?

The iOS development SDK comes with a very good simulator if you just want to play around with the SDK and learn iOS development. Again this works on the MacOSX only afaik... if you find a way to run it directly on windows, please let me know too .
But nothing beats a device (ideally multiple devices each representing all your target configs. You might not run into too many device fragmentation problems with iOS in terms of API, but you never know how your app messes up when put on a different resolution ) for testing if you intend to publish your applications.

Hardware wise you'll need a Mac because you can do your iOS and Android development on the one machine. Add VMWare and a windows instance and you can do WP7 as well.
If you can't afford the Mac you can develop Android and WP& apps on Windows no worries.
Then you'll need some real devices, phone, pad, tablet etc.
Language for iOS is Objective C, for Android it's Java. So your VC++ experience will ease the learning curve there.

There are tons of guides on the internet of which you can learn from and see where to start. I used them for my earlier spiderman games and zombie games iphone apps.

Take a look at Unity3D. Its basic versions for Android and iphone are free for a while.
