I want to run a click event on load, is there a way to force a click event. I believe this would be easier than double writing script. I can see the function if I use alert(document.getElementById('?').onclick) but I can't figure out how to have it run.

i have a project for add some facilities to web broweser,so i used the microsoft webbrowser that do the most functionlity for any browser..
but i want when it view the page know its contols,what are X,Y positions for its controls(textboxx,buttons....),how many buttons in Page...somthing like that
may be i have another way 2 get the html and paser it ...but i will need to know how it make rendering for the content of the page

If you are using classic asp...
set obj = server.createobject("whatever")
this creates an object
You will get the runtime error if the object dosn't exist. EX. The components not installed on the server or your not initalizing it properly or it's broken.

Make sure fsource has a value assigned to it but other then that this program will run...
Do you have a virus scanner running, I seem to recall something about virus scanners blocking the Scripting.FileSystemObject. You may want to check if your scanner has such an option. (I know norton did awhile ago)

If your telling me its working now, whats the problem. I guess I don't understand what you mean by "my program is running exactly".
In any case you can use this method to determin your error source:
add and remove lines in your program one by one till you find the critter.

Hi All,
Please help me out in sorting the Non Database columns. For Example I have a symbol for some situations. The situations are in TEXT format. so in ASP when i click on a column i wnat to list the symbols indicated text and then others. If any way Please help me out.

is there a way to create an app to retrieve data off an existing web page? Like downloading the monthly summary from the banking account. For myself, I would have to go to the web page, enter the login info, enter the report criteria (dates, entries,etc...), enter "submit", then a "save to" dialog box open for me to save the data into excel file. Then what I do is import that into another database that I use to organize it. Is there a way to have an app do that (from going to the web site, login, download. save..)

I have tried to use the code and instructions and demo files that Doug posted on this site (http://www.codeproject.com/vb/net/dwDatePickerArticle.asp) to implement a datepicker for my asp page but I havent been able to get it working.
Can someone help me out?
I added the component to my Visual Studio toolbox and dragged it to my page as the instructions said but I keep getting a compilation error
"Compiler Error Message: CS0234: The type or namespace name 'iX' does not exist in the class or namespace 'DatePicker.iX.Controls.DatePicker' (are you missing an assembly reference?)"

Now Im not sure if I have done somethign wrong in the implementation or deployment of the component, but I wouldnt be surprised.
I put the dll in the bin directory and when I dragged the component to the page it added the required lines to the html, but I just cant get it working.
I even went so far as putting the "using iX.Controls;" line in my initial page as well...
Can anyone please help with this.
