Oh, that is the international standard for formatting date and time, ISO 8601.
Use .ToString("HH:mm") to format the time.

I have two files: scriptfile and file.txt and both in the same level
in the scriptfile i call:
fh = fopen("c:/folder/file.txt", 0);
now my question is can I use a relative path?
because the location of the file is changeable ...
I tried "./file/txt" and "file.txt" but didn't work

Hi all,
Can any one suggest me how to add Favorite icon in my address bar. For eg: http://www.activewidgets.com/grid/ , you can see an icon in the address bar, I used the below code

It work's good in Mozilla firefox, but not in the IE 6.0 and above. Icon in the above link appears both in IE and Mozilla Firefox

Create an icon for your site. Name it faviocn.ico and put it in the root of your website. The browers will see it there and display it.

Hi Dear friends,
I used xp in my system,now my organization changed my os to server 2003,In 2003 iis manager can't open the default page (ie http:\\localhost).and also i publish my sit in www.root directory ,that site also can't access my local intranet.but this setting are works well while i was use xp.
Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi,
I am in charge of getting an enterprise web-based application off the ground; we'll be starting off with the development soon, however, coming from a non-PHP background, I am unable to decide which PHP framework to use (google hasn't helped either since it throws up a zillion frameworks each of which claims to be the best). I need to have some objective information on this.
The web application in question is an e-Commerce app, where we will be having only our customers log in. Thus we don't expect the traffic to be too heavy. It's completely database driven (we're using MySQL), and there will be multiple kinds of users at the site, like the app admin, the account admin/s, the account user/s, and so on, and will naturally involve some amount of security aspects to be applied to it (e.g., which modules are available to which user: something like RBAC, albeit a home-grown one). We also plan to use Ajax in the later stages.
I would have preferred a Java-based framework (like Struts) for something of this sort, however, the management has already taken the decision to go ahead with PHP, since we need to have at least a basic version out asap, so opting out of PHP is non-negotiable for me.

OSCommerce is an open source general e-commerce site programmed in PHP.
It typically lets the general public in but can be modified to only allow registered users in.
It has all the necessary capabilities of an e-commerce site built in.
I can help with customization questions. I have customized it for a client and it was a fairly painless process once I got used to the presentation style.

on web page,when i view it through browser,its like any web page,but when i place my cursor on any frame,and drag it down,whole content of the page move up in the single frame,hope you are getting the question.

There is. It probably means you have set scrollbars=false (or something like that) but the height of the frame is bigger than the height you've given it. Again, give up on frames....
