It does not appear there are any versions of that article. Have you tried making changes to the article itself? With our new wizard you can actually make changes while logged in by clicking the button here: Code Project Article FAQ[^]
Beyond that if you'd prefer to send me the full updated article and code in a .rar, or renamed .zip (ie .notzip) file I'd be happy to apply the updates for you.
Thanks,
Sean Ewington

This article[^] has some formatting problems, and the OP doesn't know how to fix them - could one of you have a look and help him out?
I would, but my author status isn't high enough yet (or likely to be in the near future!)
Quote from the OP:
"I used the latest article posting thing and attached a comment that I couldn't get things to work right. I don't know how to fix it, I was hoping that the reviewer would read the comments and help me out. Do you have any idea how I can fix things? I'm sorry, but I'm not even sure how to update the article
Any help or insight would be a huge help to me."

I don't qualify! I'm only a Silver author, and I don't have 5 articles to my name.

I don't think that's written in stone. You have to have the right spirit and attitude, mostly.

No, it's written in FAQ
Code Project Mentor FAQ[^]
Let's not upset anyone who has worked hard to get 5 articles out the door by skipping stages - I know and appreciate how much work they have put in to get them done. I have two outlined, but I keep running out of a big enough block of time to write them...

I think your reputation stands you in good stead to be a mentor. The article limit is really there to help weed out the undesirables, but in your case we'll make an exception.

The guidelines are for those applying to be mentors. It's simply a way of saying we want people with experience in and around the site.
You have it. We'd be honoured to have you help out.

Ok - let's give it a try and see what happens! (Provided you aren't going to turn up in the mankini and insist on an exchange of bodily fluids... )

I published an article of mine last month and which was approved at that time only and was published. Today i updated the article and it has again moved into pending state and is waiting for approval from the community.
Whats this?
before this also i have updated the article but it never asked for an approval from community.
Does this mean that everytime i need to post a change I'll be needing approval for it?
If so then i dont find it a good idea.

I want to apply a CSS style to my table. Can I place a inline CSS style in the article?
<style type="text/css">
table, td, th
{
border:1px solid green;
}
th
{
background-color:green;
color:white;
}
</style>
Or is there a predefined CSS for HTML table which I can use?
Thanks in advance.

You can't insert a style block, but you can use some inline styles (<table style='background-color:green'> for example)
Generally we ask that that the use of styles be kept to an absolute minimum in order to ensure articles are consistent across the site.

Hi Mahmud,
Probably just a temporary error. Please try again, but if you have problems let me know and I will be happy to make changes for you.

I've uploaded a new game but can't update it. I'm getting the message:
"There was a problem creating your article.
The filename did not contain valid characters"
It's a pity because I have lots to add to that article...
BTW, it seems I can update the old articles without problems, but not the new article (I've noticed there's a new article ID system now based on numbers)
Am I doing anything wrong?
Thanks in advance, guys!

There are a few threads on this error message in the Bugs & Sugs forum.[^] Apparently all fixed now... (or have you unearthed another specimen? )
