Many people now hide behind a vote of 3 since it the lowest vote you can give without a comment. If you feel that a one vote is malicious or undeserved or the comment is plainly dumb then ask for it to be removed.
I published an article which got mostly 5's. Then it got a 4. Fine: why did you vote it down? Then 2 3s without an explanation. WTF? How does that work? If the majority of my peers like it at least be good enough to elucidate the problem, should there really be one.
In reality you just have to grin and bear it: there will always be people that down vote anything just because they can: not worth losing sleep over. It is just an article.

Hi:
I’m new in Code Project and I’m writing an article to submit. I developed some framework with several modules and I am able to submit the source code of all the modules but one. So, can I submit my framework having one module with its executable file and no source code?

I don't think source code is required exactly, but it is expected. It allows the author (you, in this case) to focus on two or three highlights rather than write a complete project in the article itself. I have also found it useful to have a ready-to-go project that I can tinker with and print out when I'm working with someone else's stuff: I have found useful bits in the source that had nothing at all to do with the article itself.
Also, I personally download only the source, never the compiled executables. This is a basic security measure. An article that provides an executable and no source strikes me as risky (not that members of Code Project would ever do anything shady, of course.)
My recommendation would be to wait until you have a complete project with all of your modules. You might be able to split your article into two or three pieces, each with its own project; that way, you can publish Part 1 now, and wait a few weeks with Part 2 until you get that code finished and working.

Recently I find myself presented with a box asking me to moderate articles with a "Make Article Publicly Visibe" button. Is this a new thing for everyone or have I been made a moderator / Editor???

| The usual process is that people will read your article and make comments as to whether it is ready to be published. If the reviewers think that it needs more work they will post messages in the forum at the end of the article, and you should receive notification of these comments by email. If you have not received any messages you should check under the "Forums" tag in your membership settings, and enable the email selector. txtspeak is the realm of 9 year old children, not developers. It generally happens becoz sometimes articles are under moderation or due to some reason articles are deleted.First of all you should log in and check whether your article is under moderation or not.

back in 3 Jan 2006 I wrote an article called "Startup Edit" "http://www.codeproject.com/KB/cs/startedit.aspx" then I updated it in 22 Feb 2006, the article viewed 37,128 times since then, bookmarked 33 times, and 43 voted for it, with a Popularity of 5.38 and Rating 3.29 out of 5
But unfortunately up till now it is in the Unedited contribution section
What shall I do to make it reviewed by your excellent staff
