They are usually illegal. Just bite the bullet and buy a book.

Then I hope you don't find the help you're lookng for. What you want to do is no different to shoplifting the book itself, or stealing a car. You're taking something that doesn't belong to you.

Hey Vuyiswamb you are in the Wrong Track.
For Knowing the Concepts better buy a book first and try to learn it and start practicing the Code.
Then only you can Learn.
Just downloading the Ebooks from the Internet will not help you while you were put in Application.
First of all learn all the concepts from the Book that will Help you in you Life and in your work also.

Satips.

I have a project created using MS Access Database and VB front end. I cannot add record thro' the front end though the underlying codes are absolutely fine. I have a save button whose action will lead to saving of the record but when i save my records, the codes get executed well without showing any problem but in the next part i find the save record is not found in the database. This is one of the strange thing i have ever experienced.
Please help me y the problem is so.

Everyone has an urgent problem. A discriptive subject would be better.
But surely if you wish a process to run after the first is complete, then you only need one thread

That's just a silly thing to do. You can do it, by having the end on one fire another, but why not do it all in the one thread ?

The message has been deleted, but if you look at this guy's history almost every message he's posted is urgent. He's been told before. He can't play by the rules.

hi,
I have created two applications using vb.net.
One acts as server and other as client. To have communication between these two, in server application i m using winsock control and in client application i am using socket class. when i sends data from client application, server connection dies while reading data second time and raises the exception and flashes error "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host".
Please tell at the earliest how this error can be resolved.
how this connection can be kept alive.
Thanks.

Post some code of the connection routine for both client and server.

Please don't repost, it's just annoying. Edit your old post if you want to add something, as it seems you did.

Hi,
I need a VBscript to set the user profile. As my current system settings will hold the defaults. The Changes i made from the CMD promt will be lost once i logoff and logon.(I think the Machine settings overrides the User profile)
Please hel give resloution in this regard. i am not VB Script Programmer only i need to do this task by script
to avoid daily setting of user profile.
