Hai everyone!
Am new to this field(C#, ASP.net)!
Am working good in VB!

If you really want to learn, you need to buy a book. The web is good for building your knowledge, books are better for starting off.

You can also use VB .NET for web application, as I imagine it would be easier for you. But without doubt, it's worth learning C#.

Hey Kumar,

You are in the good place. There are lot of Articles here itself.

But as our expert says first get a book published by wrox publications for Asp.Net C# and read it and start practicing it.

FOr more Details get it from our Friend Google,but it will be very much helpful for you to develop your knowledge.

So my better advice is first get a book and start reading it and start practicing the code it will be very much useful.

My problemi s that:

I would like to manage onmousemove, onmouseup, onmousedown events on the web document opened in the browser.

I used the following code for that.

It's all ok unless I also want to manage drag-drop over a div appended bymyself on the dom of the page.
To manage the drag drop I appended dynamically the javascript library wz_dragdrop.js v. 4.88
The latest version is available at http://www.walterzorn.com

Now the situation is that the management of onmousemove, onmouseup, onmousedown events on the document builded bymyself continues to work fine, but the drag-drop of the div doesn't work anymore, unless I don't handle the management of onmousemove, onmouseup, onmousedown events on the document anymore. If I don't handle the events, overthat if I don't call the method controller_seleziona then drag-drop work fine.

Even if I handle the management of onmousemove, onmouseup, onmousedown events and then in a second moment I remove that management with the code:
Handler1.Handler -= new TMLEvent(controller_Document_onmousemove);
Handler2.Handler -= new TMLEvent(controller_Document_onmousedown);
Handler3.Handler -= new DHTMLEvent(controller_Document_onmouseup);

The drag-drop continues not working.
Is there a way for let drag-drop live together with my personal handling of the onomousemove,onmouseup, onmousedown events on the document ?

Message Queue Processing

Hai,

I tried the following code in order ro read the message from the Message queue in my machine in n/w
When there is no message it is not showing any error but it indefinetly waits i couldn't find out the error plz help me.
When i tried to debug it id executing till the 2nd line of hte try block.

Receive() is a blocking method i.e. it won't return untill it has received some information. So it will wait indefinatly for a message if there arn't any.

You can specifiy 'TimeSpan timeout' in one of the method overloads that will allow you to return after a set time limit if there is nothing to receive.

If you want to carry on doing other work whilst the Receive() is waiting you can do an asyncronous call using BeginReceive():

Another option is to use GetAllMessages():

I am currently attempting to write my first program for out company. What the program is to do is to pull all the local information of the network and SOMEHOW be able to tell the user their WAN ip or if no ip is found meaning the internet is down, it should say No WAN IP call ISP.

This OpenGL framework for .NET is very good: http://www.taoframework.com/[^]

To get started put a TaoPanel(I think that's the name of the control) on your form and inside it's OnPaint event handler do all your OpenGL stuff.

You keep posting this, and you keep saying 'I want a drawing program', not 'I want to write a drawing program'. Which is it, do you want help writing one ( ask more specific questions ), or do you just want one ( this is a board for asking questions with your code, not looking for complete code )

OpenGL is a 3D framework. It's not really useful for a program like this one, in fact, apart from a bizarre way of achieving layers, I don't see how OpenGL would help you much at all.

Yes i want a Drawing Editor Program ,
which
1): open a DXF file and then draw that DXF block.

2): I can edit the already drawing entity, and i can have Redo and Undo facility

3): and i can save in a specific format that drawing and then can open it

You're not going to find it here. This is the right place to ask if you're writing a program and have specific questions to help you do it. If you need to find a program, you probably have to pay someone to write it for you, if you can't find it with google.
