Maybe I'm missing something. Could you please let me know what is wrong with this one? (other than the fact it largely just covers features)
Thanks,

There were two previous reports (here[^] and here[^]) and the links on the point "resources" of the article lead to shop websites (ok, there are manuals too, but still online-shops). So I just reported it as third repost.

That and the linking to online shops is like... see all what this can do, you can find it (and buy it) here. enjoy.
Was it wrong?

I really don't think that guy is associated with them, I think he just really likes their stuff.
If I get him to remove out all the links and encourage him just one last time to be less feature heavy and more teaching-heavy, would that be all right?
Thanks,

Of course.
As I said, it got my eyecatch because of the 3rd repost (I had read the name of the article in previous reports and it is very particular).
I have nothing against him, and he is not the typical case where it is clear from miles away that they are just that: spammers

I think the user now has a better understanding of our guidelines. His new post is not spammy, and I think he's starting to get it. Please do not destroy him
Thanks,

There is neither spam nor Abuse. He just doesn't know how Codeproject works.
Spam means advertisement.

Possibly he is setting up, 4 messages with the very same topic in 4 different forums... It smells. But maybe it is only me, actually.

4 messages with the very same topic in 4 different forums is not a set up.

Do they belong on a site like this at all?
It's not like they actually teach you any deeper knowledge.
Opinions please.

They're not example spam or abuse but I find them completely useless.

I think they are not suitable for CP.
However, most of the submitted articles - if not all - contain copied content without proper reference and attribution and are therefore reported as plagiarised.

Never seen the point: it's not as if the interviewer is going to use them, so who gains?
If you could use them to blag your way into a job, you'll be caught out PDQ because you don't know anything except how to answer the interview. Which means you won't survive the probation period (or even the first week in some companies).
