I have taken a look in the revisions. The first version was from a CP-Editor. I guess the user tried to fool the system getting it posted by someone of the staff (when they click publish, contributions get through without moderation).
So I guess: We nuked the first one. He posted somewhere else and someone from CP brought it back from Limbo

Nah, it happens. Is the same with changes of cathegory, when the Editor has a "playing day" then it doesn't keep the current cathegory, so when any Editor bypassing moderation make some changes, the previous Tip/Trick becomes magically an article and we start another time
