Another user copied the code from my answer and posted it as their answer in the Q&A section . They didn't even change the comment in the code. It is an exact copy. Other examples of their copying others: unable to resolve error i.e 'jQuery' is undefined how we return value from sql stored procedure using return keyword how to convert string to int and decimal Some of those are posted around the same time as the original, so I can't be sure it's copying, but some are identical and so must be (e.g., like your example with the identical code comment).
