She seems to be writing very lightweight DB-related tips and tricks. The one I saw (not the one you cite - it is already gone) was pretty insubstantial also, surprised it got published TBH. Doesn't seem like spam/abuse, perhaps rep building?

I don't know what she is trying, but... the one I linked was nothing else than a simple link to her blog. The second one is made of 2 paragraphs that can be resume in "indexing can improve performance", I didn't post link because it is not spam or abuse, but for me it should be reported as "extremly poor quality" or "incomplete" at least.
I suppose we will see her here again

I'd wager that the tags were added by the editor, not the original questioner.
