I'd wager that the tags were added by the editor, not the original questioner.
Many of us have added/modified tags on questions.

Catalin Ivanov: spamming for a site called DeluxeTips.com. Example: [^].

Modus operandi: enter a comment/or solution on an article/QA question which quotes something from a previous comment/solution with a link to DeluxeTips.

I reported all his messages.

That's right, it's hard to imagine any purpose of this post except advertizement for a "box office collection" site by
