If you look at the "Basic MySQL Commands" list and teh "SqlCommands: Modifying" secition that comes after it, it's pretty obvious.

This: Multilanguage Database Design in MySQL[^] is far too close to this 2010 document:
Multilingual database design approaches | Filip's Technical Blog[^] Search both for "seems to be the cleanest one from database structure perspective. You store all texts that need to be translated in a single translation table" and check out the section after that as well.
This: Session Storage in a MySQL Database[^] Is waaaay too close to this, published a year earlier: How to save PHP Sessions to a database | Culttt[^]
