The content looks fine but the links points to career/jobs site.

Why not assist the author by telling them the problem instead of posting here where others will blindly vote for nuking the author?

I think that the example is a choice from the current work he is doing. Probably better if he used CodeProject or another non-specific (that could be seen as spam) as the sample website however if may not cover all the types of querystrings he is trying to demonstrate.

However the content is not sufficient to publish as an article. mostly the spam articles will be of lesser size.

Article is gone and user has some reports. I have taken a look and IMHO there were too many links (and for me some of them not really necessary).

Well, let's be honest - you would, even if you were! 
And we get a lot of spammers, most of which will say anything to post their garbage.
The member that reported you was prompted by the automated system, and has a lot of experience in spotting spam while you joined today and your first post looks like spam to both the automated system and an experienced member. Which one do you think we will believe?
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...
