This[^] post seems to be a covert advertisement to some website. Reporting it as spam gave me the message 'Downvotes not allowed here.'

You can go to their profile page and report them as a spammer.
It was broke, so I fixed it.

I would advise to report with "friendly name" as I put it above; that way bad guys are easier to recognize/remember.

The first one has residual spam comments, so he is easy to smack.
The other two have nothing listed at all, so it's a lot harder to say "these are spammers".
If you get an email telling you that you can catch Swine Flu from tinned pork then just delete it. It's Spam.
