this is not a forum for questions like that: it is a forum for news. take time to get familiar with the forums here.
in general, a very broad question like yours may not get a response. try and make your question specific, and include information about yourself relevant to the question. or, ask others what their specific experiences with ML courses is.

Nim is a compiled statically typed language focusing on efficiency, readability and flexibility, and the developers say Version 1.0 marks the beginning of a stable base and that future versions of Nim won’t break the code you have written with the current version. Because it's been ages since we had a new language (to complain about)
No, these aren't the Knights guys

Support for various backends: it compiles to C, C++ or JavaScript so that Nim can be used for all backend and frontend needs. So I can program in NIM and compile to C so that I can compile to .....
Would that make this an extra-high level programming language?

Playing games, literally, is a powerful way of facilitating creative thinking, because it can lower the barriers of established behavioural norms and routines by offering new rules and sometimes even new realities. Now to convince the boss that a new console would be a business expense

Tesla’s “Smart Summon” feature, which lets cars navigate themselves in parking lots, isn’t even out of beta yet. But Tesla owners are already using it in some mind-bogglingly stupid ways, Electrek reports. "Wizard's First Rule: people are stupid"

I was going to launch my own new internet protocol called "hhttppss" but I didn't for fear of an anti-trust investigation against me.
See! "Government Holds Back Innovation" is not an unreasonable headline!

Richard Stallman, a free software movement activist and programmer received an invitation from Microsoft which he accepted by sharing his views on a lot of things on September 4, 2019, at the Microsoft campus. Strangely, "Why can't you just die?" didn't make the list
I'm sure they'll follow all of them

A mixture of reasonable and crazy. Stallman's mellowing out in his old age.

Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Microsoft might build Edge for Linux because doing so could attract web developers. I'm sure they'll all jump at the opportunity
Especially the ones that spell 'Microsoft Windows' with a $ or 'doze'

Meanwhile we want them to help remove Edge browser from Windows

Quote: how users would expect to install Edge on Linux devices, such as through a native package manager or an installer.
If you heard a distant loud slapping noise a few days ago, it was the entire Edge team facepalming after one of their more clueless PMs insisted on including that question.

The Windows 10 WinRT API Pack allows your WPF or Winforms application to quickly and easily access Windows functionality like Geolocation, Windows AI, Machine Learning, Bluetooth and much more. There's a "Road and Track" version of Windows?
(That's an attempted car joke - my brain hasn't woken up yet. If it ever has.)

Microsoft really wants Windows 10 users to have a cloud account, so the offline-account option is harder to find. You want to log into "your" computer? Silly user.
