The devices will stop working when the server the build in spyware connects to is shut down.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Agile has been around for nearly two decades now, and just like most things in life that we come to accept, it is starting to be taken for granted. Maybe run some vinegar through it once and a while?

You can't achieve a result by Standup, Lean, Bend ... except creating fearness among teams.
Whatever spices you used, I concluded that Agile is for physical fitness, not for software development.

If you are looking to download the very popular Notepad replacement called Notepad2, be careful of sites created to look official, but actually distribute Notepad2 as an adware bundle. I'm more of a Notepad++ kinda guy, but just in case
VIM users can keep it to themselves

I'm happy, and actually happier than that. Even Win7 is getting kicked to the curb at my house.

Speaking of that - I'm too lazy to look back. What distro did you go with? Or are you a CLI-only kinda guy?

I'm running Lubuntu on my servers, Ubuntu on the new laptop and on the HTPC, Mint 18 on two older laptops (which should actually be running Lubuntu due to the age of the hardware), and Raspian on the Pi's. I plan on putting Mint 19 on my and my wife's desktops, right after I wrangle the backup process. The key point here is that all of the distros are based on Debian, so they're real similar (just using different window managers).
I am steadfastly NOT a CLI guy, but with Linux, it's forced on you if you want to do anything much more complicated than the default install (or if you run into problems), regardless of which distro you use.
I'm of the opinion that requiring CLI use is most of the reason that Linux hasn't really been accepted by normal people. Windows has ruined people, and made them lazy (me included)...

I would really like to try one of those. Either one actually. As it is, we run out of CPU and have to distribute the load for our app. With that many cores we might be able to get by with one box. We are investigating using GPUs now. This could be a fun re-write.

.NET has APIs for locating special folders that can be used for application and user configuration and data storage. Linux doesn’t have a “My Documents” folder?
