Quote: That said, a series of recent firmware attacks have led to more vigilance. The recently-discovered ThunderSpy bug targeting Thunderbolt ports revealed the level of damage that firmware vulnerabilities can cause. ThunderSpy works on devices utilizing Thunderbolt ports and allows a hacker who has physical access to the device to read the drive’s contents and copy data. Among the more scary aspects about it is that it allows a malicious penetrator to bypasses drive encryption, Secure Boot, antivirus, and other related security measures. a ha...

Despite finding no specific examples, researchers have proved the existence of a pervasive kind of prime number so delicate that changing any of its infinite digits renders it composite. Best to wash them by hand (The primes, not the mathematicians. They usually need to go on the heavy duty cycle.)

I have 35 to 60 minutes commute one way. When I work from home, I can get one hour more sleep and work 45 minutes longer, without decreasing my "spare" time at home.
On the other hand... I suppose there really are people out there that can't say no and are getting "abused" at home.
Luckily for me, that's something I learnt long ago.

Try to customize security, updates, drivers and other system things.
They don't even let you choose the icons, they change them when they want and roll out without asking you.
