I believe the politically correct term is "exterminate"..
Now is it bad enough that you let somebody else kick your butts without you trying to do it to each other? Now if we're all talking about the same man, and I think we are... it appears he's got a rather growing collection of our bikes.

Yes, they'll simply kill those who aren't AI scientists, leaving them to take over the world!!!

It turned out that one of the biggest challenges startup tech leaders are facing is prioritising software development. Discover just how many different ways you can say, "We code what we need, when we need it"

Yawn. There wasn't one original idea there. Sort of sad.
Oh, so you ask, well, what do YOU do, Marc?
Well, for one, I'm not running a startup. But shouldn't matter, after all, 90%+ of startups fail, so I don't count them as authorities anyways.
Here's a few crazy ideas:
- The senior developers do the fun stuff, the junior devs do the grunt work. Want to get out of doing grunt work? Demonstrate some senior skills.
- How much of your software can be glued together from open source?
- Prioritize software based on the number of articles you can publish on CP.
- Prioritize software based on what represents general solutions that can be applied at your next startup after the current one fails. That's my definition of re-use!
- Prioritize software to maximize doing something else besides software.
- Prioritize software based on glitz, social media, and press coverage. That way you never finish anything but you can make a killing at your IPO if you sell your stock within 3 days of the offering.
Ironically, I actually do a mashup of 1-5 both at work and on my personal projects. Yes, of course I keep the business needs of my client as #0, but that's the boring obvious stuff. 1-5 is how I go about doing it, which is the fun part.

She should had just stayed in Shenzhen and gotten a job at Foxconn and stole them from Foxconn, instead of taking a ferry to Hong Kong to steal them. Oh wait, she probably thought it would be safer[^] than working at Foxconn.

It’s going to be called “Fall” even when it should be “Autumn”... or “Spring.” It's so hard to find good English <-> English translators these days

"Fall" sounds so catastrophic. "Stumble" would have been better because it implies that it'll at least keep on it's feet, even if it's a bit unstable..

According to Packt’s third annual Skill Up survey, IDEs are among the most loved tools, there’s a container revolution happening and Docker is leading the way and Python remains consistently popular across job roles. "I'll tell you what I want, what I really, really want"
That headline makes no sense to me. Oh, and I'm truly sorry if any earworms have in place now.

The cognitive dissonance between 62% of respondents saying diversity in the work force is important and only 47% thinking a tech workforce that's ~90% male is problematic is sad.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

I have to admit, the "Salary isn't Everything" section is very helpful. For me, I prefer holidays and job security, over wages. And I learned a long time ago, I prefer working for a larger company than being a contractor or working for a small firm. When the author broke down the 'real' hourly wage it definitely showed a big difference. Applicants should definitely consider benefits and culture to money when accepting a position.
