Close but not quite right: Left hand is dot, right hand is dash.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Our standard desktop image doesn't include games at all, our browsing is severely restricted, and users don't have necessary permissions to install anything, and we get our laptops if it detects a USB storage device being plugged in, so there's no real way to do something wrong - on our government-issued laptops.
The only thing they could possibly keep tabs on is whether we actually appear to be working (sign-in/out, mouse movement, file access, how often and long our machines go to sleep), but as far as I know, this isn't being tracked. Even if they did that, I could easily write a little desktop app that focuses various opened apps after a specified length of time that no mouse clicks or keyboard activity had been detected.

The addition of this switch indicates that we’ve reached a point of sufficient stabilization of the MSVC C++20 feature set for it be used in production, with full support in VS servicing updates. Great news for those still stuck on VS 2016! (or Programmer's Workbench?)

Software piracy, long a source of anxiety among app makers and large software companies, may have some beneficial effects. So, stop paying for software and it will get so much better?
Except *my* software, of course.

AI systems cannot be granted patents and will not be recognised as inventors in the eyes of the US law, said a federal judge who decided to uphold a previous ruling by the US Patent and Trademark Office this week. What if they invent a better AI that invents a better AI?

Microsoft started pushing promotional notifications on the latest builds of Windows 11 which is currently still in Beta, perhaps showing off how you can never really escape advertising. You can never have too many advertisements

Microsoft Insider testers may get to try out the Android Subsystem for Windows sooner rather than later, based on the existence of a placeholder app in the Microsoft Store. Soon you'll be able to crush candy on your PC
Yeah, I know you already can, but I couldn't think of any games on Android but not on PC. I'm so out of the loop.
