For a bug it is reasonable (for most at least)...but new features are have to be very minor to be developed from zero to finish in 3 days...
Also - not all 1000 are developers! I think Tim is right - they count also fixing typo...

Keep in mind, correcting a SINGLE spelling or grammar mistake counts on a fix, so... it can add up quickly.

We also pass everything - including corrections of typo and such - via our patch system, but we do not count them and do not publish them in our newsletter as fix or improvement!
