The last few months have been all about Microsoft getting rid of its legacy products...
However, nothing received more user attention than the Windows maker’s July 2018 decision to deprecate Microsoft Paint. Paint lovers will be happy to know that the company has decided against removing Paint as a standard feature of Windows 10, as confirmed by Brandon LeBlanc, Senior Program Manager of the Windows Insider Program at Microsoft.
This is the most promising news I've seen about W10 since the last icon pack update.

At least at the initial Kickstarter prices, the game was worth it just for the lulz. They skewered everything that was buzzword compliant in tech, and did a really good job of it.

Good, not that my auto updates are on, but golly gee, where would I ctrl-V a screen grab to save it as a jpg. That's said, remember when MS Paint only knew about BMP files. - you're old if you do.

I think with XP it learned about .png, .jpg, .gif, and .tif. I still use that version because I can't stand its successors.

Samsung on Monday delayed the launch of the Fold following reports that some of the small number of devices seeded to reviewers began to malfunction or break. The CNET review unit, handled by editor Jessica Dolcourt, hasn't suffered the same issues. This is no Galaxy Note 7 debacle.

My understanding is that two conditions are affecting the device. The first is user error. There is a thin layer of plastic the covers the screen and is required for the screen to function. Users are removing the film thinking it's just a screen protector. The second is that this film leaves a gap at the hing when folding. This gap allows dust and other particles to get behind this film causing the same issue of the screen malfunctioning.

I feel like I completely lost that spontaneity and simple mindset. Every project which I take up has become an attempt to make money. I tell myself, “Oh wow, that’s a cool app idea, I should build it. But wait….how am I going to monetize it. Is it worth it?” Sound familiar?

I've been writing code as a hobby for over 40 years, and have rarely - if ever - asked myself, "How am I going to monetize this?"
Given today's rapid-fire feature updates, I ALWAYS ask myself, "Is it worth learning this?"
