Before upgrading be sure to update & upgrade the components on your current version and backup your system *before* upgrading to 16.04. Otherwise, the upgrade may fail and you'll be glad you have a backup.
That happened to me several times before I figured-out that magic sauce --- I've a VM and took snapshots (:->)

These certifications speedup, eliminate waste, and reduce costs associated with the hiring and retention of talent for the organization. Hiring managers don't have to trust their expertise asking in-depth technical or managerial questions nor do they have to sift through every project a candidate has worked on just to access their abilities. Why should they, you're certified!
