So you deny that such a joke is an act of war?
I have lived with several Zen masters - all of them were cats.
His last invention was an evil Lasagna. It didn't kill anyone, and it actually tasted pretty good.

It is just a random act of violence, or a vulgar display of power.

Ok, then it's a job for the sheriff. Dontmesswithtexas.orc says that these are called Texas Rangers. So, who do you want to come and take care of you. Chuck Norris or me?

If you know the joke where the guy says he can speak to the animals...
And kinda does a good job with the Dog...
Then the farmer says... "Don't listen to those lying sheep!"

Unfortunately, my cat Pink never returned and attempts to catch her resulted in nothing.
I have no idea where she is now
So, it was time to get a new cat!
Got him from the shelter yesterday and his name is Goblin (yes, the small monster from fantasy stories)
He's a lot more social than Pink, I can pet him and everything!
Yesterday he sat on the chair and on the couch, but he's currently hiding under the couch, Pink's favorite spot...
No doubt he'll get around and he'll be right at home here

Hiya Goblin!
Welcome to your new home. Please don't demolish the Star Destroyer, that took a while to make ...
Have you signed up for a CP account yet?
How old is he? He doesn't look like a kitten, so why was he in a shelter?

He's estimated to be six years old.
Nothing is known about his past.
Although further investigation learns us that (in a previous life?) he might have been a coder in China

She's probably hunting birds and mice in the "polder"

Cute
I have new neighbours that have 2 cats who like spending time in my garden.

I had those until I got Nika who made short work of any invading cats
Now that she's dead the neighbor cats returned to my garden.
I'm not sure what Goblin is going to do about it yet.

The name gave me a chuckle when I read it, but I like it. He looks similar to my cat. Many well-wishes to you and your new companion.

His original name was Monster, but they didn't like that at the shelter so they googled for monsters and goblin was the first name that came up

my sister has one roughly the same colour - it's named 'Ziggy' on account of only having 3 legs

They say that orange cats are really quite social. Certainly mine is.
