I had to look up the cat manual ("man cat") yesterday, and noticed that they even have documented how the "-vET" works.

Is certainly applicable to all -vET options I've met...

Yup. I just laid out $1200 for my female greyhound for teeth cleaning and several extractions. At least her breath is now minty fresh...

Hmm. My cat, who's small, old, and fragile, would suffocate if I laid my head on her. And rip my face off if I tried it.honey the codewitch wrote: i lay my head on him and treat him like a pillow. that's a dog thing. Hmm2. My dog[^] lays his head on my shoulder when I take a nap.

When I was growin' up, I was the smartest kid I knew. Maybe that was just because I didn't know that many kids. All I know is now I feel the opposite.

We're nominally cat people too, but we adopted two retired racers three years ago named Bacchus (the Greek/Roman god of, er, whine) and Hera (wife of Zeus, aka Boss Lady). They are the most laid back, relaxed dogs I have ever met. A friend of mine who had one calls them "alpha couch potatoes".

well there's still a thriving market in phone screen protectors, perhaps could cut one of those down to size.
even better idea, print stickers that look like the apple card and stick them on any normal credit card, hell of a lot cheaper.
(be the first with an apple amex, print huge stickers and be the first with an apple prius mercedes hyundai toyota hilux datsun 180b, ... why stop there, do the house, and of course sell the stickers on fleabog.)

You spoiled uppity snob! Anything related to Apple would only be worthy of the legendary Dato 120Y.

Actually, it is quite a bit cheaper to get the titanium Apple Card: it is free. It only costs if you use it and don't pay off your charges; absolutely no different than any other credit card.

Me think that Steve Jobs would never approved that.
I'm talking about the quality of the product; not the Apple Card in itself.
I'd rather be phishing!

What makes you think that? I don't see it as such at all.

I should have made my comment clearer (I will do that)
I meant that Jobs would have made certain the product did not have such a simple quality issue.
I'd rather be phishing!

I dunno - the iFanBois buying Apple products with Apple money? I think he'd wish he'd thought of it earlier ...

As I commented in the other answer, I was talking about the physical quality of the product, not whether the Apple Card is good or bad in itself (as a credit card)
I'd rather be phishing!

so, the "damage" is ... discoloration from rubbing against other stuff?

With Apple products, image is everything.

Who needs an Apple card anyway ?

Nobody NEEDS one; Apple is not about NEED. Apple was built on DESIRE.

Apple going for design first and practicality never isn't surprising.

At least this has forced Apple to be honest about how they view sheeple - they have to look pretty.

If you think this is the first time Apple thought about APPEARANCE, you haven't been paying attention. I don't say that in a bad way: most people like a good appearance. Men in suits are more admired than the guy in a t-shirt. A well manicured lawn is more appealing than weeds. A mansion is more desirable than a trailer. You get the idea.
