From an email from my aunt: This morning, when I turned on the computer it did over an hour's worth of updates - things looks different and I am trying to figure out how to hide this annoying Ask Me Anything Cortana thing at the left bottom screen. Right now, the Olympic medal count just popped up at the left as well. I'll have to ask Mr. Cortana how to make that (and him) go away.
Wow, Microsoft is pushing medal counts onto the desktop? How pathetic.

Olympic medals? Only until the British royals do something mundane and that gets featured on the front page of all UK newspapers.

What's the problem?
Some moron at ms is into the olympics, so you have to be into the olympics. How dare you not be!
Just like some moron at ms is into baby blocks, and another into ribbons, another into a cr@ppy VocReg (that really is cr@p, compared to apple's), etc.
You don't own your property, any more. They've decided that their OS is "a service", which to them means that any machine it's run on belongs to them, as far as they're concerned.
Why anyone who knows anything about computers updated to winio, I simply do not understand.

Well, it's good for us that you didn't claim 1025, or you'd have had to post this on Stack Overflow, not here.

OK, maybe not the team, but one of them, at least.

Hi All,
Just heard on the news poor old Kenny Baker has left us, R2-D2 for those who don't know! R2 was my hero growing up, I so nearly converted an old metal bin outside my parent house...they changed to plastic ones to stop me!...

Any source(download/online) for structured Win API reference.
PS: Structured as in CODE readable.

|
|
|

#include win.h
You will find it is full of win...

So a header tree parser will do just fine!!
Thanks.
(This is a side question at best, not a serious one)

I'm trying to generate Interop function definitions for all of the win API.
If you try to do that the hard way then YOU are the pathetic one.

pinvoke.net[^] is OK. But bear in mind that it's a Wiki, so it's only as good as the last person to edit it.
Why are you trying to cover the whole API? Quite a lot of it is already covered by the BCL.
