I'm with the others, start your job search now, you are not going to be happy under that regime, changing it will almost certainly not happen and your self esteem will be destroyed if you have to participate in a disaster.

As you said that your Manager is not taking interest in your opinions and keep on pushing with the crappy approach, my opinion is to search for a new job asap and move out.
