Hello all,
In our company we have a really nice Toshiba eStudio287cs multifunction printer.
It works ultra fast and well with a really sharp printing...
But...
When I try to print multiple copies of one large document it doesn't matter what do I select that it is always getting the same output...
For this example let's say I want to print 3 copies of the same document:
page 1, page 1, page 1, page 2, page 2, page 2, page 3, page 3, page 3...
When it's time to print the manuals we must legally endorse with our machines I can't get it working in a better way and I end up sorting every page (only when I don't remember to print three times the document).
In the Toshiba web site there are no drivers for this printer...
What would you do?
Thank you in advance!

All you have to do is 'forget' an installation disk (let say of Windows 8) inside one of the paper trays...

I could plug it at 400V and wait for it to become cooked...

oh yes!, OH YES!, OH YES!, OH YES!
I'm afraid I can't do that... but given the fact we make machines we have plenty of tools that could be understood as "massive destruction printer tools"... :drooooool:

Use the advanced collation functionality provided in MS Word?

I find it strange that no IT person in your company can have alook. And forgive me for asking the obvious. But have you made sure to check "Collated" in every possible config page ?
Life is too shor

Hi, Joan.
The Toshiba support page at http://business.toshiba.com/usa/index.html[^]
actually does lead to drivers for your printer. When I selected "Drivers" at the upper-right, I landed at a (red-coloured) page with two giant text-entry boxes. In the upper box, you put the printer name in and then click search -- the ensuing search failed when I typed the printer's model name the way you spelled it in your original post. What worked for me was selecting the printer model in the lower box after selecting "Color Copier." Manuals appear to be available from the same page using the menu just above where the driver file listing starts.
I used Chrome to use the Toshiba site -- it doesn't show up at all (here) in IE.

Hi RSpates,
No luck for me, IE don't go there, Chrome makes the same...
Thank you for suggesting this I'll try it from home today...

Page 22 of the User's Guide[^] displays a "Collate" checkbox that's enabled when the number of copies is greater than 1. My guess is you overlooked this setting.
