Ah ! I didn't know you could configure iTunes to do that as I always use EAC on windows or grip on Linux to rip ( not a fan.of Apple apart from their phones ) can you download in ALAC format ? As that would be really useful.

No I don't think you can buy ALAC versions from the iTunes store, but you can rip your CDs straight to ALAC.

I have a Marantz M-CR610. It sounds great, and it supports AirPlay so I can play my iTunes library on it wirelessly from my computer, and it also supports internet radio, Pandora, etc. as well as playing from a media server. Plus, it has a nice CD player so I can pop in a CD and go old-school when I want to

Actually I think it's a bit of them all (except (c)).
There are a lot of tunes that cannot be found from any shops anymore. And on the other hand since it's realtime I also like to listen these at the same time when doing something else. Most of the songs bring back a lot of good memories.

Reading between the lines, it seems clear that:
1. to become 5 star, you need to go into debt for some 10,000R, thus f***ing over the small business owner
2. the whole thing is a scam so that the gov't and its high level officials can receive bribes to not shut down <5 star bars (or elevate them to 5 stars.)
In any case, it seems like India continues to ensure corrupt business practices, and is taking a page from American operations, but in its case, the lobby and the gov't are one and the same.
Though, at first I thought you were referring to this[^] article.

Shhhh.... That is a secret.

Emotional argument: India is a big country in terms of population and number of such crimes will always be high compared to any other country.
What I think: This sucks. I have no clue or credentials to even propose a solution. But this f***ing sucks. If I was a dictator in India, I would have killed them off my emotions.

It's typical me to spin off in a completely different direction from reading this article.
India has a very interesting numbering system with lakh, crore and arab for 105, 107 and 109 respectively.
Do you have any knowledge as to why it's different to most of the rest of the world in how you group your numbers by two instead of three? (except for the first group)
My google foo fails me at the moment.

...on a dilbert cartoon page: Dilbert archives[^]
Not even slightly relevant to the cartoon, it was: "I just calculated I drink my body mass in coffee every two months!"
And it got me thinking.
So...I weighed me, and I weighed a mug-full of water (I just finished the coffee that was in it). No point in telling you the weight, your mug is bigger or smaller...
Um. 50 days.
I drink my own body weight in coffee every 50 days...and I can't decide if that's good or bad!
How about you lot? How many days does it take you?
