No bread, lots of milk, some fruit. Need to check the contents from now. Oh and candies. I love it.

I just quit coffee because I started to feel the impact on my heart, however I drink green tea and butter blended with a stick blender which is quite good. Adding a little cinnamon also helps with the sweetness without adding sugar, and yes I've seen reports that fructose can be as bad for your liver as alcohol.

Given that all this weight-watchery stuff is measured in calories, one of the most fattening substances we eat is iron, because it burns at immense temperatures.
Either that, or the people running the show are just mouthy idiots, as usual.

If you run you can eat everything. That's why I'm starting to regain the lost weight, now.
THESE PEOPLE REALLY BOTHER ME!! How can they know what you should do without knowing what you want done?!?!

Sugar is, at the very least, empty calories, i.e. it gives you energy and doesn't fill you up at all. There's a certain amount of evidence that suggests it's also addictive and messes with your appetite mechanism even beyond that, though I don't think that is a settled question yet. But just adding calories for no value will make you fatter than eating the same stuff and not the sugar, for sure.
I stay away from processed crap food which has the nice side effect of keeping my fat, sugar and salt intake low, and despite eating quite a bit including a lot of carbs I don't have any weight issues.
Exercise is still good for you, though, independently of the fat question. Being fit and fat is arguably better than sedentary and thin, as well as being fun (it releases endorphins so it is physiologically 'fun').

Yeah, but the point is, without the sugar, I don't crave food, I eat very little and feel full.

Oh, absolutely. It's part of the health question, just not really a great help to the weight loss question unless you stay hungry.

Williams went to plagiarists' Hell, and Bacall went to the Hell of boyfriends standing on boxes?

Well, at least she made it to the finish line ( that is, lived long enough that people were surprised she had not died yet )
