True. However, I do not need to see all those junk mails going into my junk folder. I'd rather they not come to me at all and stop at my server level.

I'm afraid the only solution is a cattle prod and a big hammer.
Find where they live, and use the cattle prod to persuade them to stop. Then use the big hammer on their computers.

True. But if this server tells that server that they're being blocked, then you would think that they'd realize it's wasted effort to keep sending. Maybe the entire server needs to be blocked. Like I said, wishful thinking.

"Wasted effort" is actually the good thing here. As far as spam (AKA really good newsletter that you don't quite remember you signed into ) goes, the more resources they waste on unread messages, the better for rest of us

Send a mail to "everyone@company.com", "sales@company.com", "admin@company.com" and "f***er@company.com", explaining that spam is a offense, and that you are the cure.

My local Kerala association (Indian state of my origin) is doing a fusion music event this month featuring a mix of western and Indian instruments and songs. I made these two promo videos for the event. Looking forward to some feedback. Feel free to lie through your teeth if you think it's bad because I am only looking to hear opinions that suggest that I'd have been a great video editor had I not been such a great programmer. You can also tell me how you tell your kids that they need to be modest like Uncle Nish.

I must admit being a bit fascinated by the Sitar (far too many strings, I'm a Bass player!), little known fact Jimmy Page (of Led Zeppelin fame) had on before George Harrison (The Beatles) and had to get Ravi Sanclar to show him how to tune it. Anorak question is the Sitar the same scale/tuning as Western music....

If only there was a tool that allowed you to search the internet and find relevant information....
I could make a fortune selling access to it to QA posters!

You mean common sense?

I've heard that expression before, what's common about it?

It's more of an uncommon sense nowadays.
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?

Yeah, I don't think they have a Sitar player. That'd have been a nice touch.

A true master would have a cool signature. Also, you need to add a link to your website if you wish to attract other customers, especially of the fair variety.

Good idea, although everyone involved in this already know me. That said I've been bitten in the past where people happily use my photos (of them, taken for free) without acknowledging credit and in most cases not even thanking me. Recently I've started watermarking my photos. It's more due to lack of etiquette on their side than any attempt at being intentionally rude I would guess.
