Thought of you last night.
Went to a frozen custard shop and they advertise: Death by Chocolate - chocolate custard, hot fudge, and a brownie (example of what I call a brownie[^])

Sounds great, I'll have half a dozen!
PS What's a "frozen custard shop"?

Thank you for that.

First site I go to when I get in. Not every day is a gem (for me, anyway) but some are beyond spectacular or just plain interesting. Glad you like.

I'm considering getting one of them thar new fangled domain thingies.
I have several possible names [all cheap ] and I am now at the next stage of working out what to do.
I will need a host - no way will I run a server here 24/7 to keep the hordes satisfied. I would like to be able to choose exactly how I set things up. My idea is a simple personal site with a blog. I want to be have full control of what technology it runs, probably straight to DVD stuff first, RoR or ASP [I have yet to settle which] but I want the option to change things as I see fit. Then I would like to be able to have e-mail that I can access from any where - so a web portal is good as well as having it on my phone and desktop.
My web knowledge to date is mostly as a user. I know some of you guys and gals even make money from it, so what would be a good starting place for me?

I use Arvixe[^] - they are pretty cheap, and I haven't had any real problems. The tech support isn't bad either.

Arvixe[^], methinks. As do several others.
