Wifey just sent me a picture of her and Jasper[^]. He is in the museum where she works and was surprised that she knew who he was!
I went to a concert of his many years ago and was crying with laughter. Very funny guy.

I was sure Jasper had done a sketch (or two) with Bill Cosby - I have 'Rastus, what you doin to that custard' attributed to him, in my head, but cant find the evidence now .. oh well
('Rastus, what you doin to that custard' was used to illustrate an emotion, but since this is a kid-sister-friendly site, I wont proceed any further here)

Years ago, my PM and I had to go a couple hundred miles to visit a customer, and we had Jasper on cassette in his car. We must have played Magic Roundabout as dozen times on that journey.
Got to the customer, went up in the lift and the door opened.
There in front of us was the customer Dillon.
I looked at Phil. Phil looked and me. "That's no way to talk to a lady" went through both our minds and we cracked up completely.
Dillon was not a happy bunny...

A young man is released from prison on parole. A condition of his parole is that he wear a monitoring device that tracks his movement. Monitoring devices are frequently used to make sure that the parolee stays within the other conditions, such as house arrest. So what kind of an idiot is on parole, has a monitoring device locked on to his ankle, and still goes out on a robbery job?
This kind[^].

I currently own or manage six domains with them. They're okay.
Their 24/7 online chat support is severely lacking - I've waited as long as 30 minutes for one of their support people to come on line, and even then, they're mostly useless. If you call instead, you're better off. No real horror stories other than the time they moved my personal site to a new server, and didn't check my configuration before turning it back on.

I switched to Arvixe a while back since they seemed to be doing a decent job hosting paddedwall.org and it always responds nicely. It's worked out good for me, and tech support - the one time it was needed - was very responsive.

They're ok but you'll find your site goes down quite randomly for a few minutes. I have complained and it gets better for a while and then starts again. Considering moving away.
