I'm actually working on one. I'm no expert in the field, but my home-baked spam detection algorithm seems to be working OK. I'm currently smoothing out the bugs in my CP client, working on the UI, and expanding functionality. It also does other CP notifications.
Might be coming to a CP article near you soon - but I'll see.

Nah - they just see the number at the top left: 10.403,042 (51,751) and Rupee symbols start flashing before their eyes.
Chances are it's humans: it's too slow for spambots. And it's also likely to be a spam farm: paid peanuts by the link depending on the size of the target audience, just like the live streaming spammers.
