This is a global forum, that is the reason its language is English: Since English is the best choice that most nationalities can understand. And don't tell me to use Google translate. As Mark says below the joke does not work when translated. Stick to English so more members can understand you!

The gag doesn't work in English.
And isn't jerking one's knees more effort than clicking a "translate" button?

What's the matter? Timeo Danaos sounds like a hot babe!
Actually it's Latin. Something like "I fear the Greeks, even those bearing gifts my bicycle.

O tempora, o mores!
I have lived with several Zen masters - all of them were cats.
His last invention was an evil Lasagna. It didn't kill anyone, and it actually tasted pretty good.

I wonder who they meant with 'illegitimi'. It probably was ok, because in such deep friendships the 'illegitimi' probably had some nice words for the 'legitimi' as well.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you

Not all languages follow the -a pattern. But most Romance languages do, so I agree that Timea would have been better.

I saw Donna Floria a while ago. That one, nope.
Right now, I'm subjected to home detention.
No chance to travel again to the beautiful Wales.

Might as well be walking on the sun.

You will have to run very fast if you don't like burnt feet. Probably faster than the speed of light.
I tried that once, but at a lower level. Bare feet on concrete on the way to the pool in west Texas in mid summer.

Yes, we used to have some big balls[^]. That picture actually looks like it has been taken in Ft. Bliss.

Coronaparty.
It means: I'm so stupid it hurts...
...everyone else.

It is quite crazy, really.
When autorities close kindergartens and schools to avoid that kids carry the virus from one hone to another, parents arrange private "play groups" so their kids kan meet all of their playmates is a privat environment. They arrange for schoolkids to gather to do the school work together. Ot they make an extra winter vacation to their high mountain cabin, so they all can meet in a frienedly after-ski event where old friends get together...
Some of the high mountain communities, with thousands of cabins, have seen a fivfold to tenfold increase in their population the last few days. These are not old-style summer dwellings, half an hour's walk to the nearest neightbour - the cabins are lined up by the dozens, well within infection distance. And people are stubborn: They insist that their own judgement, that a high mountain vacation enjoing their unexpected free time with their cabin neighbours is better than staying isolated in town.
We are not talking of tens of people, but of tens of thousands. This one mountain village reported that they now had 25,000 cabin visitors, and if any noticeable fraction of them get sick, there is no way that the local medical service can handle them. But the cabineers refuse to go home - "Up here, the corona won't hit us". ... It already has, in one of the mountain villages.
Norwegians have always been stubborn. THey certainly show their stubbornness in this case. That could be fatal to some of them. The bad thing is thtat even they come through it themselves, it may my fatal to their relatives, or to their cabin neighbour.
I don't expcect common man to understand everything about corona. Yet I do not grant him the right to say "I don't understand it, so I can co whatever I want to".

There's only one possible response to that[^] (with Italian subtitles, because I'm a sarky bugger).
