There is a setting that you can use to directly change the default downloads directory; it's in the Advanced settings on the main Settings page.

... you can set it so only specific contacts can call or text you. Hmmm ... if you set all your contacts as "priority" then cold calls, advert texts, and scammers can't bother you again ... I can see a use for that. Permanently on, in fact.
