Never been to Pizza Hut? (Sorry, that's the best link I could find...surprised I couldn't find it on their site)
OTOH, other than having a crust and being round, it hardly has anything in common with a "pizza".

I'm curious, A lot of people object to pineapple on pizza, but Ham with Pineapple is a long standing traditional combination, and I don't think you'd call that "desert", even with the addition of maraschino cherries (imagine maraschino cherries on a pizza ...). So why object to Ham and Pineapple pizza? Are there some people for whom the Ham and Pineapple combination is unpleasant? Or is this just some form of food discrimination that looks down on things like Stilton cheese, or Mushrooms, or Steak and Kidney pie?

That certainly would be a surprise, not a good surprise but a surprise!

It's been 6 months since I joined the gym and there's been no progress. I'm going there tomorrow in person to find out what's really going on!

I enjoy surprises most of the time, except when it comes to food. Kiwi on pizza? a certain chef needs to be slapped.

There was a Woody Allen movie (could it be "Annie Hall"?) where Allen and his too young girlfriend waiting for their pizza. The waiter comes, gives them a strange look, and says "You must be the one who ordered a pizza with ..." and then he lists about thirty ingredients. When the waiter has left, Allen remarks: "He forgot the coconut!"
I saw this movie many years ago. After that, I startet adding cocnut to my pizzas - and really enjoyed it! It really isn't that surprising; it has been used it lots of non-Western cooking for ages. Boiling meat in coconut milk, using coconut fat/oil as an ingredient in dishes, or as I do: Adding shredded coconut meat when frying meat / hamburger, to add a slight nutty flavour to it.
I guess Italian cuisine affectionados do not applaud to coconut in their pizzas. Do Italian cuisine affectionados push pizza at all? My impression is that it in Italy, pizza is generally considered low-level street food, earning very little respect. If the rest of the world raises it to respectability, in some areas with coconut, in other areas with pineapple, in yet other areas with beef and peanuts, and the Italians say "Who cares?", why should we care? If some prairie guy comes to claim: The only nuts allowed in the True Prarie American Pizza to go along with beef are peanuts, the only kind of meat allowed in the True Praie American Pizza, then I shrug: That's fine with you prairie guys. Any Rudolf pizza with raindeer meat, og any chink food, isn't a True Prarie Pizza! ... Sure it isn't! That's the way I make it - sometimes in Hawai style, sometimes southeast Asian style, sometimes Sami style! (Actually, Sami style with rudolf, lots of onion and lots of black pepper is one of my favorite variants!)
If you won't accept pizza with pineapple, cocnut, rudolf or whatever as "pizza", then call it something else. But don't tell me that I am not allowed to make a dish from rudolf, pineapple, black pepper, coconut and pineapple and serve it to my friends! If they enjoy it (and they do), let them enjoy it. If you insist, I will call it something else than 'pizza' the next time I serve it!
