Has everybody else gone Xmas shopping?

No, it's because I told Honey to take a rest

I saw that.

Yes, that was quite something and daring of me if I may say so

I special case code with you in mind.
And not in a good way.
When I was growin' up, I was the smartest kid I knew. Maybe that was just because I didn't know that many kids. All I know is now I feel the opposite.

It seems I have awakened the witch in you, lets hope it's the white witch

Don't wait to find out - grab the ruby slippers and get clicking those heels together!

Things were nice and quiet here too when we went for a walk in the morning, except for a lonely canoe passing under the bridge:

Love the picture but [pedant] it's actually a double skull, not a canoe.[/pedant].

You know we don't talk about Fight Club!

I'm working on my Voodoo Fu

You wouldn't expect it from an old fart like me, but I'm a fan of the Prodigy!
|
|
|

Yes I would!
Voodoo People is from '94, so let's say you were 16 back then.
That would mean you're now 41!
That wasn't their first album though and you may have been in your late teens or even early 20's back then.
The Prodigy guys are all around 50 themselves!
Face it, you're so old that even the "hip" stuff you're into is getting old
Speaking of old, these guys[^] are now nearing 70 and still active!
Your little "witch problem" reminded me of this song

Pleased to meet you, can you guess my age
|
|
|
|

If that's a hint and you were born in the year when this came out[^] (1968) you should be 51 (unless your birthday is in December, in which case you're still "only" 50)

Now I have got a one way ticket to the blues

No, I am sitting here pondering this:
Every year at this time, I purchase Stollen. On the package, in the nutrition section they say:
"Portion size 1/9 of package. Servings per package about 9. "
So: Did they calculate that using raw JavaScript or did they use a framework?
If you can keep your head while those about you are losing theirs, perhaps you don't understand the situation.

Sometimes I wish my computer was less perspicuous though

I just spent hours working on figuring out what variables are available in what scope in the CodeDOM.
Way too long. I finally got it working, or so it appears. The trouble is, I have no idea why it works, or how it is doing it.
And i just wrote this. And the debugger is giving me a headache.
Do I pack it in, and leave this magical code as is?
Or do i rewrite until I understand what I did?
