The best were Hohne Ranges (or any range day for that matter)... get up at 04:00, collect weapons at 05:00, get the Truck to the ranges for 06:00 and wait until 11:00 til the fog cleared
Still wouldn't have to have missed it though.. good times and (mostly) good people

Hi All,
<<winge mode="">> Has anyone use a Timesheet app that is accessible by the Web by JD Edwards the version we have would not be let into the wild by us, it is the ropey beyond belief it will not allow you to change time balances once you have closed but not submitted the sheet....<<>>
It presents like a project someone had half finished a degree project that somebodys parents use...

Timesheet has the same pronunciation of timesh*t. No coincidence there.

I don't remember the last time I used a timesheet.
We used replicon, it sucks.
I'd rather be phishing!

I am still waiting to find that expertly written code that is maintainable, has no bugs, which everyone likes and which costs nothing to write.
For that matter even a car or a lawnmower like that would be nice. Heck even my screwdriver and hammer don't work all the time.
But until I see it I will just keep going through life making do both in the tools that I use and even make accommodations in what I deliver myself so that it can actually deliver some value to someone at some point in time.

Well thanks for that, I just want to know how to sell cr*p like that! Some of Windows code doesn't seem that ropey...

EGOIST - Euterpe[^]
It's been a few weeks since I've posted a SOTW (and some of you actually missed me), but after a busy period I'm back
Last week, I started watching Guilty Crown, a new anime on Netflix.
While I'm not so sure about the series, the soundtrack is pretty amazing.
The very first episode opens with this song and I loved it right away.
It kind of has the same flow as the ending theme of Steins;Gate and the main song of NieR: Automata, which were both popular SOTWs.
On an unrelated note, I started learning Japanese on Duolingo and I actually heard and understood some words in this song

Glad to hear you are progressing with your Japanese!
For anyone interested, the Cliburn Junior Classical Piano Competition wraps up this weekend. The next broadcast is 7:20 pm CST, so a little over four hours from this posting: CLIBURN LIVE. The page has a watch on demand link for the previous performances on YouTube.
Unrelated to that, here's another video always deserving of more views: SYNC24 - Dance of the Droids. I've probably linked to it before, since it is so phenomenal.
Sander: what are your favorite animes? I tried Stein's;Gate, but wasn't too impressed, unlike Overlord and some others. My all-time favorite is Princess Mononoke, even though it isn't a series.

David O'Neil wrote: here's another video always deserving of more views: SYNC24 - Dance of the Droids Both the video and the music are awesome!
David O'Neil wrote: I tried Stein's;Gate, but wasn't too impressed Yeah, I get that.
I didn't really get into it until the second half.
The first episodes are very slow, but the last episodes are great.
David O'Neil wrote: My all-time favorite is Princess Mononoke Great one, but I still prefer Spirited Away
David O'Neil wrote: what are your favorite animes? For series, some classics like Fullmetal Alchemist (and Brotherhood), Trigun and Cowboy Bebop.
I also really loved Violet Evergarden and Erased.
And The Disastrous Life Of Saiki K. is hilarious!
Probably my all time favorite (waiting for a new season) is The Seven Deadly Sins. Escanor is my favorite anime character of all time!
The only thing I disliked about it is the (completely out of place) sexual "humor", like pinching boobs and looking under skirts... Ah well, that's Japan I guess
David O'Neil wrote: For anyone interested, the Cliburn Junior Classical Piano Competition wraps up this weekend. Two awesome anime series got me into piano (so much that I bought one and started taking lessons), which are Forest Of Piano and Your Lie In April.
Especially Your Lie In April is amazing!

I'll check them out. If you haven't seen the original Avatar series, it also warrants watching.
