When I saw "Napalm Records" I already knew it was going to be good - they're the only major discographic house I can say I really like.
The song is great - not exactly my genre but some black/gothic/doom metal is always well received here

The Warning don't claim to be metal. I'd describe them more as rock/hard rock. Their second album, Queen of the Murder Scene, is heavier than the TEDx stuff and heavier than their first, XXI Century Blood, but it's still not metal. But it is good. All depends what you're looking for. I like rock in general from soft through prog to conventional heavy metal. it just has to be good!

They have imo. Though might still not be to your taste.

FWIW, with music I often start off with - Hmm, ok I suppose, nothing special. Then eventually I become a hardcore fan! Not saying that will happen here but it does to me anyway.

My taste is varied: from Blue Oyster Cult to Metallica, passing through Ministry, System of a Down, Judas Priest, Alice in Chains, Type O Negative, Tears for Fears and Modern Talking.
I find them a bit plain, like late '90s rock, which I usually don't like. They also (always to my ear) lack melody without compensating with anything: System of a Down, Nirvana and Sex Pistols lack melody but they have effing RAGE in its place, for example.

I am still waiting for someone to explain how you get "L" from sinister...
I'll check back in another 30 minutes.

In heraldry (and other meanings) sinister refers to the left hand side; so in this case just "L". Rather a flimsy definition IMHO, but this is only CCC.

Sinister for L is a fairly common crossword convention. Also point for one of E, N, S, W.

I've never seen that in any of the crosswords I have been doing over the years. ENSW obviously quite common.
