No clue but I enjoy making up buzzwords anyways, so what about:
- Automatic data deployment
- Automatic data integration
- self-driven data deployment
- self-driven, dynamic data deployment to external data services
- self-actuating, dynamic data integration with external data services
I'll add more if I can think of some

Real-time server updates!
yes you heard it right! As soon as you change ANYthing on your screen, the changes will be reflected in real-time on your server.
There is no need for any Buttons to apply and save and whatnot.
Other buzzwords can be "immediate updates" but personally "real-time updates" sounds better.

Realtime - it's a word I have not heard for around 20+ years but I think it covers what you are looking for.

And there's probably a JavaScript framework for that too

As we've moved to a non-pun venue, I should post the circle-of-life, human style:
Man emerges from the birth canal and is put to the breast.
With time, he grows, asserts independence, and leaves to make his own way.
Which primarily involves getting himself back to the breast in hopes of reentering the birth canal.
