I used to like Wired but they became very political. If I want to read about politics, I'll go to an appropriate site. Wired is not that, or, at least, should not be.

<snicker> Hijacked by american politics AGAIN. I think I preferred it when climate change was the primary subject matter and I still think we should be bashing the churches in the SB.

Yeah, I know. Lots of things have become that way. Sometimes I read the articles so I can complain about what they say and that makes me feel better.
But a lot of times I just ignore the political junk because I do find that they cover some topics in a different way and usually in a technically correct way that is interesting.

I agree and it's political in the sense that it only presents one political view, together with there being no opportunity to discuss or dispute those views which is what generally causes me to rarely visit the site.

Agreed. I used a secondary email instead of my primary one.

That post is nothing short of biblical in proportions:
In particular, I refer to terms such as "unclean" and "iniquity".
Excuse me whilst I boil my speakers.

This reminded me of Nightmare Creatures[^]!
I used to have a demo on PlayStation and a demo on PC.
They had different levels that I played over and over
I tried to hack those creatures into as much pieces as possible with as much gore as possible.
Good old times, I was 10 or 11 at the time, still in primary school!
That's 19 to 20 years ago already... Now that's scary...
