probably a movie or some music. shipping fees render your gift card almost useless.
You could use it to offset the shipping fees on a larger purchase, perhaps.

The fact that your gift card is limited to 20$ doesn't mean that you should buy something for that limit exactly. I have sent my wish-list by mail, but it keeps bouncing on your address, complaining that it is over 25 Mb.

Just because you have a $20 gift card doesn't mean you should waste almost half of it on shipping.
Get something that adds up to the minimum you need to qualify for free shipping. It'll cost you (separately) a few bucks, but nothing will be wasted on shipping.
