Hi guys, thanks for tuning in to another video on Forgotten Weapons...
I love his channel, I like his style and I also like InRangeTV a lot - enough to become patron of both on Patreon.

I'm more of how & why it works type, more than a gun nut, so I never really got into InRangeTV. I was under the impression I was the only viewer...

I usually skip the 2gun matches on InRange, mostly I watch their tests (wandering zero, barrel heating, mud tests) and their discussions.
I'm a gun nut but I prefer actually shooting rather than watching someone else do it unless it is an historical piece or I'm trying to figure out something about some gun I wish to buy (i.e if Hickok45 has difficulties controlling a particular weapon then it's probably better for me to avoid it).

I am always astounded at not only his control, but speed as well.
Common sense is admitting there is cause and effect and that you can exert some control over what you understand.

And he's not the best shooter out there! Karl of InRange is a war machine, especially with rifles.
He's still miles ahead of what I can hope to become

It would be nice if youtube could show a message "we are down" instead of an error message. I thought it was a problem with my device or internet connection and tried to trouble shoot on all my devices before finding it out from internet.

I think Maps is the only thing I actually DO want installed Maybe Google will be bros and just stop bundling worldwide otherwise I'll still be stuck with all those "Play XXXXX" apps and the Newsstand

Nah there definately bundled. Well at least on the Sony & Acer devices I have here in the UK.
All I ever use is Maps, Chrome and GMail.
The rest are in rom though, so I can uninstall the updates, but not the actual app.
Not a big deal on my phone, but the tablet only has a few G of memory, and I'm lucky if I have a couple of hundred meg for my apps.

And Google Play to download new apps, suck as FB and WhatsApp.
Oh, and Skype came bundled, which I've been using for work lately.
Otherwise I've disabled as much from the bundled apps as I can.

I do occasionally when I'm traveling between clients.
Sometimes, If I'm in Cattle class on a train, there's no room to get the laptop out, so I'll use my Tablet instead.
It's really not that bad, and it's saved my bacon a few times when I've had deadlines to meet.

Yup, I use it on the phone.
I've got serious problems with damn ever-updating Windows 10 on my private laptop, so if I only need to write a 3-line-notice-that-insurance-letter that I don't want to write on my business desktop, I won't boot my laptop for it. I do it on the phone and print it right away. That's really faster than having that laptop pulling updates half an hour before I can start using it.
It's really free, but pushes everything on OneDrive. And it doesn't have as many features as the desktop version - which you really don't need on your phone (and 99.999 % of times on your desktop neither).
I'm also doing some Excel for calculating e.g. our house building costs. Works fine. Don't need to start the laptop for entering “123.45 € for screws“.
By the way: does ANYONE really pay for Office 365 for private use? For what I'm doing most times Wordpad is sufficient - and if not there's always Office online and / or the apps. For those mentioned 3-line-letters or that tiny Excel sheet collecting costs prices for Office are WAY too high, IMO.

NO!
Instead you will have a version modified (mostly visually only) by the phone manufacture... And we know how reliable the hardware guy when it comes to software...

I guess some good can come from the EU.
They'll only stop bundling them in the EU though, and last time I checked you don't live there anymore
Unless by EU they actually mean the continent (but they probably don't).

Who knows? With the EU being so intransigent it's possible we will either:
1) Stay in.
2) Leave with no agreement.
3) Invade and make them all part of the UK.
I can see advantages to all of them ...

This has been tried several times, with various success level. I think we should settle that the island is actually the best solution.

Ah, but ... this time, if we invade the whole EU, by the time your sub-sub-committees have worked out a that an urgent response is needed and submitted it to the European Parliament for rejection because it doesn't meet the needs of the various special interest groups it'll be 2025 and you'll all be part of the EUK (Empire of the United Kingdom) or slaving away in a gulag ...
