Consider this - if they had a son he'd be an American and a British Royal at the same time.
He could be the King of England and the President of the United States at the same time.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
Everything makes sense in someone's mind.
Ya can't fix stupid.

Consider this: Boris Johnson was born on the Upper East Side, New York - so he could be UK PM and POTUS at the same time after the next elections.
Now, you think The Donald talks b*ll*cks ...

That's not all.
Under current US law, he would have to pay US income tax on his worldwide income. We thus have the interesting situation of the British Royal family paying taxes to the colonies, rather than receiving them.

Expecting expectations by expecting people who expect to expect something different than i expect, except that i don't expect what they are expecting me to expect differently than they expect.
I can't get it properly out / in my head. Too many expectations...
BTW: I have no idea where to place a comma in there...
EDIT: Thanks to OG for the comma

That's the only one? In german this works also but has like a trillion commas in it

Isn't it just one very long word in German?

Nay
It's a perfectly legit sentence
But yeah, i know what you mean. We can have very very long words
"Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz" for example.

If you are expecting him to be expecting your expectations are exceptional!
I'm pretty sure I would not like to live in a world in which I would never be offended.
I am absolutely certain I don't want to live in a world in which you would never be offended.

Last week, the rear wiper on the car gave up - the centre part came free, so it didn't wipe properly - so I got a set of three new ones; might as well replace 'em all, they are likely the same age.
Had to use 'em yesterday, and they left smears everywhere, greasy, nasty smears.
So I just spent half an hour polishing the windscreen, degreasing it with vinegar, washing that off, polishing again.
THen I noticed that the new blades came fitted with blade protectors you are supposed to discard when you fit them ...
Why can I spot details in software like nobody's business, but not spot white plastic covers when they sweep past in front of my eyes and make the wipers not work?

Because you're mind is busy reviewing code for those "details in software?"

How many times have you helped someone with their six month old mobile phone, the screen beginning to loosen around the edges, by rippin off the protective plastic foil?
When I moved in with a girl, and she brought a washing machine, I asked why she still kept that crumpled foil on, she said something like "Oh, the machine is old, you can't expect it to stay nice and shiny forever". I ripped off the foil and she stared in amusement at the display that was now more niche and shiny than ever...

I've seen folks with plastic stickers still on the display panel of their TV (those clear vinyl stickers normally in one corner, few inches by a few inches, with the brand name and some feature buzzwords.)
... yeah sure it's a super-mega-wide-screen, doesn't mean you leave that crap there all the time.
if left too long the sticker doesn't just go curly or/and opaque, often crap leaches out of the plastic/adhesive that leaves a permanent mark.
- and too friggin bad I say, I really don't bother helping the stupid any more.

A place where I deliberately keep on the protective plastic film is a microwave oven keypad.
Most of the pushing is to just a few buttons and they get worn/torn, especially if anyone is adorned with claws (painted or otherwise) instead of fingernails. It gives a bit more life to the keypad. It also saves you (once!) from the first time some idiot* decides to clean the pad with a scouring pad or steel wool.
* It need not refer to the IP. However, no guarantees

My microwave came with not one but two layers of protective film over the keypad. I didn't realize there was a second layer until the last time I wiped down the front of the thing .

Maybe you've inadvertently come across a new product we can manufacture and get rich quick on!
Do it yourself protective-appliance-film. Sell like Avery labels - so we can get people to buy far more than they need because they want them pre-cut. Add it to all the products they wished they could protect. Even a small fraction of the population is millions of customers.
You'd look great in our infomercials! Classic trustworthy salt-of-the-earth type. We'll just add a cowboy hat. Just one thing: please no English accent!
Where in the money! Where in the money! Wheeeeeeeeee!
