Just listened to a snap. Given the sound, and the titles on that recording, I am sure i need to hear more.

Just go with the Orinoco flow

Yep, one of my favourites.

Now you disappoint me, I thought you made a grumpy remark:
Quote: Enya; such a haunting voice
|
|
|
|
|
I meant "haunting" in the (good) sense that the sound of it stays in your head for a long time. Perhaps it does not translate so well from English.

The Mummer's Dance is quite good.

The Visit and A Day Without Rain bring back good memories, two of the most relaxed albums ever

South Park has made it impossible for me to take Enya seriously.

That fact that you watch South Park makes it impossible for me to take you seriously.

It has evolved into a smarter show than most people realize.
Besides, they must be doing something right, given it's been on the air for well over 20 years now.

Day 30 of my zero carb, low calorie, 'fast days' diet, and I have dropped 10 kgs. 0.33 kgs a day.
Another 10 kgs to go to hit my target for skiing in a month!
Now what was that you said FFS-Sitecore?

I do something similar when I gain a little weight.
Monday-Friday: oatmeal/porridge with a honey for breakfast. Home made vegetable soup for lunch. Fish/chicken and vegetable for dinner. Apple and banana.
Saturday-Sunday: whatever I want without going nuts.
Weight falls off.

Yep, thats a good regime. Oats are good. Very good.
There is some interesting research on diets, such as very low calorie and no animal protein diets, that have interesting effects.
I have to say on this diet my energy is up, even my eye sight has improved. Really seems to be very good for me.

I was 122 kgs, so there is plenty to get rid of still!

I seem to recall that you're a lanky sod so can probably carry a little more blubber...
122kgs == 269lbs
