It's a stupid feature

You must shake a lot!
I never trigger that on regular use.
I'd rather be phishing!

Noooo! I LOVE that. Although it's meant to only work if you wiggle the window, not just drag it.

Oh yeah, it's great when you're dragging a window across three monitors and you unexpectedly sneeze. Thankfully, sneezing again seems to bring everything back.

Anyone know of a decent entry level EF book that covers DB First, Code First, and Model First approaches?

Well, Julie Lerman is pretty much the definitive author on EF, but her books haven't been updated for 6.x and above. Though, they are still an excellent place to start.

She also has a new course on EntityFramework Core 2.0 on Pluralsight.
The docs on http://docs.microsoft.com/ef are pretty good as well.

David Allen Coe wrote the perfect country and western song, because the last verse includes a reference to everything that's truly important (bolded for your consideration).
I was drunk, the day my mom got out of prison
And I went to pick her up in the rain
But before I could get to the station in my pickup truck
She got runned over by a damned old train!
