Wasn't that obvious from the original ransomware message?
Quote: Glorious Leader control all your datas now and he really cool. If you want your datas back send Glorious Leader 5 billion dong or many Bitcoins - no crappy U.S. dollar, okay? And be sure to get Glorious Leader style glorious haircut because it really cool and Glorious Leader kill you if not you do this. If you no want datas back then Glorious Leader nuke you big time and then beat you at Battleships, sucker - Glorious Leader is world champion of Battleships. Whatever CIA say, this attack not by Glorious People's Republic of North Korea - it by the horrible peoples of South Korea.

Windows 10 is still vulnerable to Microsoft's regular update virus.

This is nothing more than political propaganda against NK and has nothing to do with a programmers forum.

I think Cybersecurity issues and programming are growing progressively closer together, so it's not irrelevant.
I do feel totally awful that North Korea's good name is being besmirched so scandalously, though.

99% of crazed North Korean dictators are giving a bad reputation to the rest of them.

What better place is there for you to make mendacious political jibes then a programmers forum?

What part of this is a "programmers forum" did you not understand, with the implicit statement that political commentary is not to be encouraged?

"Programmer's Forum" is not the same as "Forum for discussing programs".
You imply that programmers should not discuss anything but programs.

I'd say you were discussing NK's nuclear program.

Political commentary is supposedly an off topic here. However, one can be forgiven for getting the impression that certain members here support and encourage US propaganda.

"...that affected more than 230,000 computers in more than 150 countries earlier this year."
I was surprised by how low that number was.

According to Kaspersky, 98% of the infected systems were running Windows 7.

The point is that Windows 10 is immune against the WannaCry thing, whereas earlier operating systems are not.
